I really didn’t want to go to work today, so I ended up taking the morning off. Once I actually got there, though, it wasn’t that bad.
I also heard that a kind senior coworker I’d worked with on and off is retiring. He’s a real veteran, and hearing the news made me start thinking about what I want to do with my own career in the future.
